Voici l’article collaboratif, rédigé par les élèves de 4è.
Let’s present the performance last week !
First, last Thursday at 9.30am, three English actors came to our middle school for three plays on different topics :
– The Restaurant
– The Thief
– The Casting.
In the afternoon, they also played for the 7th grade students.

Second, we are going to present the play about the casting.
There were three members of the jury. They judged amateur singers : one singer had a great mark, so the other candidates didn’t have good marks. The girl singing “As well as” was the winner, even if she didn’t have any reward.

Next, concerning the second play, it took place in a restaurant with a lot of different foods, where two women wanted to eat but they annoyed the waiter because they were not sure about what they wanted to eat. But in the end, after asking the waiter to catch a fish with his hands, they decided not to pay, since they hadn’t brought any money.

Afterwards, let’s talk about the play with two thieves who wanted to hide their loot. First, one girl came and saw us, she heard the cop and panicked. The cop left because he didn’t find the thief. Second, the girl asked to hide the loot. Next, the cop found the thief and another thief came to take the loot. Finally, they escaped together.

Finally, after the plays, the actors organised workshops, composed of different activities and games. The students told us they liked this part because it was fun and easy. Just see by yourself ! 😉
To conclude, the plays were good but it was sometimes hard, because we didn’t understand everything.
Some students think it was funny, interactive but some students think the actors exaggerated. We quite liked the performance but some students were annoying. We loved the performance about money that’s why we stole the sacks ;). The last play was very interesting, we found it funny.
